hello to all at AZ.
I left the tournament sunday morning with my long time friend John Barton. He helped me drive straight through, so I could meet with the trans-plant Dr's this morning.
Just got home from the hospital.
Looks as if, my sweetheart, Janice, may need a liver-transplant. I met with two transplant Dr's today. We also have some specialist on livers and transplants coming with a team of 3 tomorrow to have a look see. We hope they can re-pair the damage without a trans-plant. If not, she will get on the donors list. There are plenty of folks on the list, who need a liver, a lot more than her. So we will just, wait our turn. May God bless those who are on the list.
How long of a wait, no one knows. While she's waiting, she might get to come home if they can contain the infection in her liver. They about got the infection under control.
They are working real hard to help my gal out........[ sure glad these guys don't build cues, might just put me out of buz].they are good at there craft..
Heart,
she's got a bad heart, and just on the edge of getting a pace-maker. They are trying to fix her heart with medications. So far so good. They did say she will need a by-pass in about a years or so.
She's in good hands, [ gods and the Dr's], and has a good attitude about whats going on.
She wants to hit the road as soon as possible, and visit each and everyone of you good folks.
Big news to us.
John Barton, what a guy.
Thanks again John for your help.
John offered to help me make the 1300 miles.
[ he dosen't drive good at all.] hee hee,,,, just teasing John, [he's a real good driver when he's awake].....
He also, started a cue-raffle at the tournament this week-end. I was standing just inside the main tournament room when it was announced over the spearker system.
Janice and I both were blown away with this raffle. We had no idea this would take place.
We were clueless as to how many friends were pulling for us.
tons of thanks to Bob and Eydie for there help with my booth.[ had a pre-mo spot too].
god bless you all.
Thanks
Janice and blud
Will keep you guys up-dated as we get results.
