The guy is truly one of a kind! Alright, so I don't have a cue to review, but his services are priced better than anybody's and his customer service is the cream of the crop.
I sent 10 cues to him the first time around. He got them all back to me in a week and a half. I was impressed with the finish, but the leather wrap jobs were even better. One of the cues I sent, was a friend's Jacoby.
It came back looking great. My friend says the same. Then says, oops. I rolled it on the table and its warped! I told him it must have been that way when we sent it out and that steve only had it for a week or so. He says NO WAY! I told Steve about it. Steve said well, "I'll just have to make him a new shaft. Steve MADE A NEW SHAFT FOR IT! BURLY MAPLE! FREE! How do you beat that?!
Next, he offers to sponsor the guys 8 year old son! He gives the kid a $1500 cue. Free. Says tell the world you're gonna beat 'em with a Klapp cue kid and off he goes.
