Just wanted to report a very pleasant consumer experience. I have a Joe
Porper 2x4 "JP" Leather cue case that's over 3 years old. The stitching on
the zip on the main pocket failed and would no longer close. I shipped it to
Porper last Thursday afternoon and today got it back fixed and ready to go
with no charge.
Porper's website says that "if it breaks (other than normal wear and tear)
Joe will fix or replace it." and am I pleased to say they stood behind this
claim 100% for me.
