Hey guys - I am going to be in LA in a couple of weeks, picking up my Poly Black Gold Crown IV!!!!!! Woo Hoo!

Anyway, I need some recomendations on local halls. Preferably someplace with some action, and where I won't need a firearm to get out alive!

I was thinking I should start in compton....

Hard Times in Bellflower, Shooters in Riverside, Billiard Connection in Northridge, Hollywood Billiards in Hollywood. Those are the only places I went to that had some action going on.

there is also a chain of "house of billiards", and i think the one in santa monica on wilshire blvd and about 16th-19thst. around there, is where most players play.
