THANK YOU to EVERYONE(David Mamet, Larry Schwartz, Sam Fels, Mary Kenniston, Helaine Garren's son Iain, Angel Levine, John Brumback, Ike Runnels, Alex Lely, Mike Panozzo and many others) who helped make the DELUXE version of my Dad's Encyclopedia of Pool Hustlers a beautiful tribute to the history of pool!!!
Due to popular demand, I will be numbering the first 100 books and signing them if asked(fyi this seems very silly to me as a very uncool, non-pool person to sign but if it helps match your collection of my Dad's previous numbered/signed books, I am extremely humbled and happy to oblige.) We have #s 20 + available.
The pre-order price of $90 per book will go up to $100 starting this Friday August 19th(due to the extra 50 pages!), so if you want to get in early, please do so and specify the # you want when you place the order. FYI the books will come to me first for any signing/numbering, then I will ship to you from Chicago. The rest ship direct.
Look out for book reviews in the next month or two! Let's teach America and the world more about the incredible culture of the Golden Age of pool!!! My Dad would laugh so hard that I was trying to bring this history to the mainstream because it's so esoteric and elite in it's own way but he thankfully captured a sexy slice of American history for all of us to delight and savor! THANK YOU FOR LOVING THE BEARD AND POOL!
