I've been working with Randy G over the phone. In this video I am trying to limit my practice stokes to 2 and follow hrough bringing my thumb to my chest. I still fall into bad habits but things feel a liitle better than they did.
I am also trying to use the approach that Nic Burrow teaches that was suggested by Pheonix13.
