LD Shaft Comparisions

Can those with low deflection shafts please describe the "feel" of the hit. I would like to understand the differences of the different products on the market. For example, I am looking for a LD shaft which has a soft quiet feel without being mushy. I do not like a stiff or hard feel where the cue bounces back. BTW - I use Kamui SS tips ... I know tips will make some difference to the feel of the shaft.

As a bonus, has anyone ever made a chart about the LD shafts out there like I have seen for tips?

Thank you,

LD shafts..

I have hit with most of the common LD shafts out there.. (314 pre cat, 314 small/large cat, 314-2, Z,Z-2,OB1,OB2,Tiger X, ultra X, Katana, ultra X LD, Pro X, Lucasi Hybrid, Players hxt, Mezz WD700, hybrid pro, Meucci Black dot, red dot.. IMO the 30" Tiger ULTRA X LD 12.75mm, TIGER PRO X 11.75mm are the best available. They have the best combination of quality construction, quality materials, design technology, performance, and consistency out of all I have hit with. The ONLY flaw is forgiveness.. If you have an off day with your stroke or mechanics these shafts will let you know (kind of similar to tour blades in golf), but the rewards of performance far outweigh this slight drawback..
