LD Shafts - 314 Precat / Mezz WD700 5/16 14

Can a Mezz united joint butt fit a Mezz 5/16x14 shaft? I guess it just depends in the minor diameter of the thread is big enough for the boss on the end of the united joint.
 
No, unless you take the threaded insert out and have someone re-tap it or put in a new insert to match what you need. im guessing a cue builder should be able to handle that.
