if anyone is interested in running a league in brooklyn please let me know. 17 table room available to host.
 
For leagues, contact the BCA at www.Playbca.com or your local APA league operator. They are both are great leagues to have in your establishment.

For tournaments in your area, Mike Janis runs great events.. His e-mail is vikingtour@sbcglobal.net 1-800-200-7556.

What kind of tables do you have? Where is your room?
 
the room is on mcdonald ave between ave w and ave x in brooklyn.

17 tables 13 gold crown 3's, 3 gold crown 4's, and a chevillotte billiard table

I second cheemagun's motion! Even if you bring in a league or two, how about a weekly tourney on Sun or Mon? Not much of that in B'klyn right now, that I know of. Heard they've revived Park Slope tourney (Sunday?), and there's HOF on Thurs (close to me, but I work that night). Maybe mix up handicapped and open events ... but make it double elim and not too cheap to be worth the trek.

No commitment, and I just make my donation to the pot and leave.:p
 
You know what would be great? A weekend tournement in the afternoon! I hate it when tournements are all at night when i cant go...

haha. I passed by not to long ago at night to check the place out. but nobody was in there. who are you ? one of the owners or workers behind the desk ? maybe ill drop by again. but yea man. hold a tourney its better

Tuesday. new era billiards 8th ave. and 42nd starting next week. calcutta and handicaps.
 
there no workers yet jus owner operated. yea weeknights been kinda dead early but usually a late rush like 11pm on and daytime been ok here. kinda hard starting a business in the spring/summer season. a tournament gonna get started soon as we decide on a day.

aight. post it up when you gonna have a tourney and ill see if some of these dudes want to go. i mean. in brooklyn you have a monday wed fri and sat free i think.


tues is new era
thurs is hall of fame
sunday is park slope
for brooklyn.
 
im thinking of a monday night tournament. race to 5 double elim. if u think some of u guys will come then let me know cause i wanna get 1 started. jus need some players in the beginning to get it off the ground.
 
Id probably drop by the monday one after it gets going. wed i usually go to masters .. i dont know about anybody else but i'll let a few ppl know if you want.
