Leather Pocket Replacements???

Hey Forum,
I’ve been searching for new pockets and hope I can find assistance on here. I have Leather drop / bucket pockets on my table. Looking for them in a light / medium brown tan.

I’ve had no luck! Seems like with Hood Leather out of business, no one in the US makes leather pockets anymore.

Has anyone had any luck finding pocket options or working with a leather shop to reproduce pockets?

Any help is beyond appreciated!

Tried both places. Unfortunately classic only carries the Chinese stuff now and Bankshot is taking a “break”.

Anyone have a custom guy?

Ken at classicbilliards.net bought up all of hood leather’s remaining inventory before they closed 7-8 years ago. He may still have some, relatively pricey, but he does also carry a good selection of the more affordable Asian import pockets.

Call Aaron at Diamond Billiards .. he is their sales manager .. they make some tables with drop pockets and he could steer you in the right direction if he doesn't have something to sell you.

Diamond now uses ballistic nylon for their drop pockets on the Pro. they quit using leather a few yrs ago. https://manningcues.com/Black-Nylon-Basket-Pocket.html
That is on the PRO model table .. Diamond made home / furniture model tables through 2019 .. I bought one in July 2020 .. that have leather drop pockets so Aaron might either have some still in stock or can tell you where to buy them. He is a pretty cooperative and helpful guy. He told me where I could buy the cherry stain they use on their tables .. as I made some furniture I wanted to match the table (finally have our addition finishing up so the table will be delivered in another 2-3 weeks).

Do a google search ... Monster Break Billiards sells a set of 6 leather pockets for $199. Uses the "industry standard #6 irons wrapped in quality leather".
