Leather Pockets

Does anyone have pictures of how they attach leather pockets ( the basket part) to the table or slate frame??? I’m restoring an old Brunswick and have seen some pretty ugly pictures of how some people attach the leather drop pocket to the table. Parts of the web still sticking up, large staples, ugly nails… I’m just looking for some good pictures so I can do it right and also have it look good…

There's not a whole lot of room on the older tables to spread the basket wide open and attach it. You may have to modify the basket(a small cut or snip here and there) to make it fit well,look good and hold a fair amount of balls too.
