Legion Balls - what are they?

I purchased an older set of Aramith Premium balls from FB seller and they threw in an extra set of balls that were made by Legion. I've attached a couple of pictures. I can find nothing about them anywhere. Does anyone know what they are? I was going to give them to my son to take to college, but just wanted
to check before I sent them to their demise.

Thanks. They are getting donated to the dorm rec room. Will get abused and left behind when he moves out after spring semester. Can’t bring myself to donate my Dynasphere Bronze set.

I can think of no finer set of balls for either a dorm room or fraternity house table than these...
