Leveling kit?

I seem to remember seeing for sale somewhere an all-in-one leveling kit that included a handful of each of 2 different sizes of slate wedges, some under-the-leg pads, a stick of blue seam wax, and a packet of Jade Stone, all for one money. Reasonably priced, too, like $15 or $20.

Does this ring a bell with anyone? Of course I didn't bookmark it.
