leveling wedges and rail bolts (washers)

So, I just moved a very nice Diamond Professional to my house, and in the process of taking it apart, discovered that it was missing three of the rail bolts. I can probably find replacement bolts at the hardware store, but they have these funky washers. Anyone know where I can get the washers?

How about a good source for leveling wedges? I only need enough for this one table.

yes that's exactly what I need. Are these typically available at billiards stores or online, or what?

how many washers u need?-
u can get the pine shims at hardware store..make sure u use those pine shims as u seen in last post..."the access breaks off easy"

I will probably get some bolts at the hardware store and use a stackup of washers temporarily until I can find who has a few replacements.
