Live Stream Video Input Question

Hey guys I had a quick question about the video input from a camera to a computer for live streaming purposes. The pool hall we are running our league from.

The camera is mounted to the ceiling and has a composite output. I would like to be able to put this camera on ustream to live stream some matches from our league nights. Can you guys let me know if this is possible?
