I'm thinking about having a cue made. Below is what I've decided I'd like to have. I'm not sure what something like this will cost, so shoot me a round about price if you're interested in doing this. Thanks.

18 or 19 oz
Balance - forward (can measure later to get specific)
Forearm - high figured birdseye or curly maple
Handle - Figured Bacote, something spalted, or segmented handle in same wood as forearm
Butt - Same as forearm, not sure on buttcap
Joint - piloted 5/16-14 SS with metal ring, maybe a half joint w/ silver ring (I think that's what it's called, the shorter SS joint than normal)
Finish - I'd love to have something that has that "wet" look to it
Ferrule - 1/2"
Shaft - 13mm, pro type taper, want a stiffer hit, low deflection would be great, I have 2 predator shafts the will get most of the play.
Time - Doesn't matter, I'll wait

Thanks for the chance to help you succeed.

Take a look at thread "requested pics of wheatcues"

This will give you an idea of the quality of woods I use and also offer matching B/J cues as well !

I can definitely build it for you between 30-60 days, if you are interested...

My base price for a custom fitted cue is 350.00

Give me a call if you have any questions !

Sincerely, Eddie Wheat 321-631-1827

I can build a cue like that. I also have to really cool spalted curly maple on its way.

cue builder

Good morning,
I was just notified that I may be confusing people with my website encased in parentheses in my previous email. The correct working link, that should be in the command line, is as follows http://www.triplecrosscues.com

I'm sorry if this caused you confusion in finding my website. Also, I am a member of the International Cue Makers Association.

I've got a fine selection of birdseye (20+) maple (heartwood, sapwood, or ying/yang), curly tiger (10+) maple, spalted (7) maple, and a wide variety of exotic luxury hardwoods (50+) from around the globe.

Let me know if I can help you.
