Looking for a cue maker to build an odd cue

I'm looking for a cuemaker to build a cue for me. I'm budgeting myself at $350-400, so bear in mind; I don't want anything too fancy. Materials can be sorted out later. I've searched and searched on the forums, but everything I come up with is $600+ and loaded with inlays. I could go with a Schmelke for under $200, but the last one I ordered wasn't very good quality.

Length: 60-62" + 6-8" screw in extension
Weight: 20-22oz

I do own a nice Erwin, but I found out the weight bolt was glued in and I'd rather not go the super fun route of getting it out and installing an extension.

I appreciate all of the messages thus far, but I have found a cuemaker that is above and beyond what I was expecting. Thank you all!
