Looking for a cue maker..

I have a z shaft sent it to seyberts to match my shaft I use now didn't really do what I asked. Need the shaft shaved down to a 11.8mm through the whole taper.

It's possible, but the reason it has a more conical taper , 11.5mm throughout is going to be very flimsy

Might as well just get a regular wood shaft
