Looking for a cue

Im looking for somebody to make me a tulipwood sneaky, not so sneaky. Cant go over 18 oz, shaft must be no smaller than 13mm, hoppe ring butt with rubber bumper, 3/8-10 g-10 pin, white joint. I have a few more things I need but that should be enough to get an idea. Thanks in advance to all you wonderful people that build cues.
