Hello ...

I'm setting up a table and will be needing to pick up balls and rack etc ... I'm looking for advise on what kind of pool balls I can get for the table I'm looking for a good quality under 100.00 if possible ... Also need advise on a good rack and what ever else I may need to go along with it ... I live in a small town and I'm getting the table from the owner of the local pool hall ..It is in pretty good shape and he is giving me a good deal on it ... So I figure I need to start getting advise on what all I will need for it ... And what is the best quailty I can get without breaking the bank... Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Bump...

Come on looking for some advise I know some of you know what kind of quality equipment you would prefer ...

you might want to try muellers for supplies.

go to www.poolndarts.com, they have just about everything
very reputable with great prices.

As for balls under 100.00 you should look at
the belgian ball line. Make sure you buy a ball
with inlaid # and stripes, not the cheap silkscreened ones.

Good luck!

The only pool balls that I would ever consider buying are Aramith Super Pros.
They're over $100 but they are the best you can get. There is a really good price on them at ozone billiards right now with free shipping as well.

As for rack, there are many different kinds of racks but I would just go with a basic triangle that is sturdy. I have the Indestructo rack and it has worked very nice for me. This rack is currently priced around $20 on most websites but here is one where you can get it super cheap.

Hope this helps. Good luck with your new table!

the club rack or the texas rack. Made by diamond is a good rack. Like solidz said id go with the aramith super pros theyre more than 100 but well worth it.
