Looking for an 18.5 oz cue from TOP maker

I am looking for a solid and firm cue that falls somewhere between 18.2 and 18.5 oz butt should be 14.75-15. oz and shaft should be around 3.5-3.6 oz range. I am trying to eliminate and 15.2 oz butts with a 3.2 oz shaft.

Big pin, 3/8 x 10,11,12. MUST Have a wrap

This is Andys first 8 point cue he made, with less then 2 dozzen made to date.. loaded with ivory.. Short over long points all with 5 veneers. Natural blue white red black. Points are all even. Cue is well balanced. 2 shafts, leather soft wrap. Shoots light out. Andy said if he was to remake this cue it would be over 4k.
Specs butt: 15.3oz shaft1: 4.1oz - 13.02MM & shaft2: 4.0oz - 13.05MM
