Looking for an 8 or 8OS GC (1,2,3,4), Anniversary, Centennial - Minnesota

Thinking about buying an Anniversary that needs overhaul, but I'd consider an already restored version of any of the above.
 
If you can take a 9' I have a mint 4.5x9 Centennial, fully restored and rebuilt with Artemis cushions

I should have mentioned I would prefer a classic old GC, restored or in need of restoration. I've heard there is at least one good mechanic in the MSP area, the issue may be availability.
