Looking for Mr John Sabo

Dear all,

i am looking for a Mr John Sabo. He was a victim of a scam that a former fren of mine pulled when he was using my ebay account to help me sell some cues.
Mr Sabo won and paid promptly a Joss cue on ebay, but he didnt get his cue...
Oh well its a bloody long story.
i have tried emailing him but to no avail.

Just out of curiosity, can ebay do anything about scammers? I know that if they can get caught, most wouldn't even try a scam, but does ebay compensate the victim in any way, or do they say to buy at your own risk?
