Hi David,

I’ve got a Lil Al and a Diveney butterfy for sale, but haven’t gotten around to listing them yet. Both humble, but unique & stone cold players. Some quick pics & breif specs below. Both roll perfect & are basically flawless condition.

PM me if you’d like more info. I’m a fellow sneaky lover, and can consider trades for interesting full splices.

Cheers

Thx for the pic’s not into the butterfly’s , I like the Lil Al but really looking for more of a Sneaky look , but many thanks for your time ✌️

I have this Varney Duff conversion. Kevin made this one for himself for bar box tournaments. 57 inch, 3/8x11 pin. Has his low deflection shaft, it has sugar marks, he liked that as they were more dense. This cue is a PLAYER, and plays fantastic. 19oz. $500 shipped

I invite you to view my For Sale add showing a McDermott cue made with the forearm from a D16 of the 1986-90 era. It is a rather subdued and unique Retro D16/P702 with sharp splices of green-red-blue into a dark East Indian Rosewood forearm. It is nicely understated, and could be someone's rather handsome sneaky-pete type cue.

Still have the Lil Al Romero ? PM ME THANKS

I have a Tim Scruggs true sneaky, send me a message if interested
Baron,

Your Scruggs sneaky is a beauty! I have one very similar to yours, with the very fine TS stamping. I believe it dates back to the early 80's, likely from the old packing plant location. You don't often see these for sale. Perhaps one out of every 20 or so that you'll see on the market? Someone should grab it from you! GLWS

Still have the Lil Al Romero ? PM ME THANKS
David,

I see that you picked up a nice Kikel! You mentioned some great sneaky pete's, with Al Romero, Scruggs, and Bob Griffin. I owned a Madison Bob sneaky and sold it awhile back. It was one of the nicest hitting cues I've ever had! When I played in a league at the pool hall, one player had a Diveney Sneaky Pete, with Lakewood shaft. We played a bunch of games, while swapping cues. I loved the hit of both! I missed the MB, and a few years later, found a Griffin, that I believe was made by Bob & his son. Not sure if made by just him, when he changed the signature?, but in my opinion, it has the exact same, firm and authoritative hit of the MB! I've attached some pics.
