You don't specify your budget or location. Assuming you are budgeting for a new table and are in the USA, Diamond currently have US Open special pricing running, you can check it out here
As for Gabriels, they do not appear to have any US dealers at present. You need to send them an enquiry from their website and they will email you a quote to ship a table direct from Europe.
However assuming cannot budget for a new table and are looking for a used Diamond or Gabriels table at a lot less than retail, I wish you the best of luck. Unless you are very patient or very lucky you will not find one quickly. I've only seen 3 (2 Diamond, 1 Gabriels) for sale on Ebay in the last 2 years.
