What's Efren doing giving up a ball against Joyner? LOL
Efren might not be on some people's top 5 one-pocket player of all time but he's giving up weight to the best one-holers of today.
I wonder if anyone would play him even now.

I dont think anyone can compare to Efren's current one-pocket game.
There is no doubt in my mind that he plays the game better than anyone ever has.

Morons on the rail were saying the race was to 11 for $30,000.
When I said "really?"
They said "yeah, $15,000 each"
That is NOT a $30,000 wager.

Saw a couple of road players become bank pool fans while I was there.
Saw a couple of road players become bank pool haters while I was there too.

Did anyone else see Jason Miller's bank to win against Ike Runnels?
It was AMAZING!

I did. And, yes, it was "AMAZING!" You got that one right, BJ.

I just asked a friend of mine who is in close with that crowd, and here was his response:

"i just talked to a friend of mine, that stakes cliff sometimes, and john drew, and he said that sure enough, he did lose to efren, saturday night. he said that it was for 12k, though, and it was Ricky Bird, that owns a pool hall in mobile, alabama, that staked cliff. efren gave cliff 8-7 (1-ball), and cliff lost."

This is 80% credible. :D
cliff also got a game on the wire as well a ball
