Lucasi on Ebay...age?

Seller lists it as a "Lucas Lucasi" given to him by Jeremy Jones. There are no numerals either arabic or roman, and pin is 5/16×18.

I am puzzled about the cue's age as I see another Lucasi with a uni-loc joint currently listed claiming fo be 20+ years old.

Any idras about when this cue was made?

Probably late 90’s around when Jim Lucas first introduced his Lucasi cues.
