Madison WI pool league

So I moved to Madison WI a few months ago and all I hear is how 2 pools halls closed up and pool is dead here. I am wondering how true this is. I am starting up an amateur league and looking for people who like to play and have fun . Tell me it is still alive here !!!
 
Sad to hear about Madison. I lived a few hours from there for many years. Madison is a great town. Regarding the league, I would suggest hooking up with American Cue Sports Alliance, BCA or VNEA. I like ACS because it's non-profit, as opposed to most, and especially one that I won't mention (they have tremendous influence) that profits immensely from player fees.
