Madison Wisconsin pool rooms?

I'll be there tomorrow and wondering if anybody knows of any pool rooms near the UW campus? I heard the one at the student union's haas been closed.

All the "pool rooms" in Madison are gone. CueNique closed, The Green Room morphed into The Blue Chalk Club and then that closed. The best you can do now is The Brass Ring which is about 3 blocks off the Square on East Washington Ave. They have 8 (?) 9' Diamonds but there is very little serious action there.

If you want to head to New Glarus you can probably get some action at Sportsmans Bar & Grill. The owner plays a little. There's a bar somewhere in Madison with a bunch of bar tables I guess, but I don't know where or what it's call or what kind of action they have. The owner of the pool room by me is from there and he told me about it because he played leagues there I guess.

If your looking for a little action you can go to pitchers pub just off the belt line...rimrock road i believe

I'm from Oshkosh actually. What about 50-0 with Dave though?
