Has anyone installed and use the magnetic strip and reader heads on any of their manual machines? I just installed a magnetic strip and reader head on my little Myford lathe cross slide. The magnetic scale is embedded into the cross slide with the reader mounted on thd back by the saddle under side gib plate.
