Yes he does, but do you really think Efren was playing his hardest?

You're talking about a guy with freakish hand-eye coordination, balance, and determination. I'm guessing he'd be really good at whatever he applied himself to.
On the subject, I have a buddy that's a professional martial artist. I used to beat his brains in in tennis (it was really enjoyable). As soon as he applied himself, he improved faster than anyone I've ever seen. I couldn't beat him now if my life depended on it.
Having all that been said that video was highly edited. I'd bet Efren could give him 10-3 or 10-4 all day long if he really wanted to.
