Hello everyone,

I woud like to know whether you, as spectators/players at events, would like
to see a booth with pool related games in them?

Most of you have probably seen the nine ball break contest. This is where
you get three breaks and whoever pockets the most balls cumulatively in
those three breaks wins.

So the question is would you like to see more of these types of games and
what games would they be.

I am trying to gauge the interest level to plan for next year's events.

Thanks in advance to anyone who participates.

John

The more the better

I would like to see more that just the break contest where you see who can pocket the most balls. I was in Vegas for VNEA and they had one break booth that I saw, but every time I wanted to try it there wasn't anyone there. I did try the speed contest with Dave Person (sp?). That was pretty fun.

I think there are many different games that could be set up to be fun and challenging. Make some of them geared more towards skill and some geared more towards luck for the average player. You could have a three ball game where you get three racks of three ball and the best average wins. See who could make the most spot shots out of 10 tries. Using the radar gun for speed contest is pretty fun. I think it always helps a booth when there is a familiar face to advertise the booth.
