Material choices for break, jump, jump/break shaft

Disclaimer: archer over arrow, yadda yadda. Just getting that out of the way beforehand.

Thinking of getting a shaft upgrade for my current break shaft and jump/break. Both currently have wood shafts, both 5/16x14 joints. Seems like choices are limited on that front, as most companies are making bespoke shafts for their own breaks/j/bs.

So far, the choices I like are:
Fisher CC laminated/dymondwood shafts, with choice of ferrules/tips
Springfield CF shaft
Black Arrow CF shaft from J&J, with leather tip’

Any thoughts? What do you like?

Probably very few have tried those but for breaking 95% of it is in the player, if you have a decent basic break cue with a good tip. Jumping, seems the tip makes as big of a difference as the shaft, best one I found for that is White Diamond.

Only thing I don't like in a break/jump cue is a fatter diameter shaft than 13mm. All the ones I like are 12.75-13 mm. Right now the cue I use is a cheap Cuetec with a Tru Glide SST shaft fitted with a White Diamond tip. Jumps from like 4" from a ball when in jump mode, breaks good, has a smooth feel in the shaft as good as anything else I played with. The fiberglass coated shaft has a good mix of taper, fatness and stiffness due to that coating https://www.pooldawg.com/cuetec-ct296-break-jump-cue Mine was a free one, was left behind in a pool room for a while and I was given the chance to grab it.

The BK Rush is a great cue for full cue jumps with whatever stock tip is on that shaft, at like 3x the price of the Cuetec I use now though.
