Since Sterling silver is denser, more durable, and a superior conductor of thermal /kenetic energy than brass, copper, aluminum, stainless (minus the durability factor for stainless) why isn't it used for joint pins and weight bolts. On a cue thats a few hundred, I get the cost. On the higher end cues that are thousands of dollars where no expense is spared in construction and materials why isn't Sterling used. G10 is used for it's thermal conductivity, copper I assume for the same reason why not Sterling.
