McDaniel & Scruggs - The Hit

How would you describe the hit of these 2 cues?

Similar, different, the same?

I am more interested in the hit of the McDaniel than the Scruugs as I own several Scruggs and know how they hit.

In my opinion they play quite similarly since both cuemakers generally use the 5/16-14 metal joint and sleve. Same joint and feel as Schon but Schon appears to have a slightly higher balance point. Since I use a Predator 314 shaft that fits on all three, at the same weight they all play the same to me.
