Do any cuemakers here know what the specs are on the pin Bill used on his J&J cues?

I have a Mac Attack, and would like a second shaft made.
Don't want to send the cue off to someone and take a chance something happening.

His shafts were supposed to be interchangeable, so making one to known specs should be fine.

Google showed me an old for sale thread here that says 5/16x14 joint screw piloted joint.

There's something a little different on these
The McD shaft will fit a standard Schon 5/16x14 butt
But, Schon shafts tighten up about 3/4 way down on mcD butt and won't seat
Threads are oversized , different pitch or something

I've tried half a dozen 5/16x14 shafts by different makers and none will fit

That's strange unless he got his hands on some full 5/16x14 screws like. Black Boar, Tascarella and Mezz. But Schon makes sense because a lot of Schons use a .302x14 joint screw. Sorry I couldn't help more than that
