McDermott Stinger NG01

Predator is SOLD!

Everything is in used but not abused condition. Butt has a couple small dings but looks great at arms length. The biggest one is at the very bottom and noticeable in the photo.

about 18.5oz
Stinger Shaft is 29.5" and has a Samsara break tip


I am looking for a $140 shipped lower 48 or I might consider a trade.

I also have a Viking Cue in the picture that I would take offers on.

Ha, I've just bought the same Viking cue from ebay, and was surprised to see it's a 3/8x10 pin. I can't find any info on it from the internet - do you happen to know what model it is etc?

I take it the z shaft is a 3/8x10 joint?

The best I can tell from my 3rd edition Blue Book is that in 1996 the Viking logo had an oval around it and in subsequent years it did not. I can not tell you much else about it except the 3/8x10 seems to be longer than usual on mine at 1.5". I would be interested in what you paid for it to try to gauge the market value.

The Z shaft is 3/8x10.
 
I paid £18, or about $30. The market is very different here in the Uk, however, with only Predators having any real second hand value at all. I had a quick glance at ebay usa and noticed vikings seem to go for peanuts, at least in comparison to other production cues.

I bought it because I wanted a viking shaft to replace mine that warped. I was surprised that this is exactly the same joint as on my McDermott. I quite like this cue, but will have to have the shaft turned down as it deflects too much for my liking. I think mine still has the original le pro tip on it - it's rock hard, and breaks a ton. Very nice cue for the money - solid, too.
