Hi! I went with the "buy now, think later" mode on this one. It is brand new and comes from a reputable dealer who describes the cues as coming from a pallet that Bob Meucci found in his warehouse. They are on the auction place and are said to be from the late1980's.
Subsequently I discovered this Forum and read of quality issues with Meucci Cues and we shall see- I am only out $140.00 if it turns out to be a dawg! but there are as many supporters as detractors of these cues. Anyone know of these or this model or can give a review?

I have a Meucci 233-3 and a sneaky pete from the same era and I love it. I also have a Cognoscenti but I always seem to go back to the wrapless feel of the Meucci. It all comes down to if you like it shoot with it.

Reviving this post as I just bought one of these not so long ago. Quality seems to be very good, since this is a simple cue and possibly because you don't have to worry about points not being straight or sloppy or the nickel rings rising from the finish. Definitely feels like an old school cue mated with one of Meucci's "new classic" shafts. I prefer the feel of the black dot, so I bought an extra shaft for it. Excellent cue for the money. Feel of the Meucci's are what I prefer, but the quality as of late I'm not impressed with.
