I have a Meucci sneaky which I purchased in '79 or "80. It is a rosewood butt with what was always a very dark 3.95 oz shaft. It has one mineral streak in the taper area about 1-1 1/2" long. Weight overall is 19.85 oz. Has the long Meucci ferrule and what I believe is a Champion tip on a pad. It rolls perfectly straight (no taper wobble) both together and apart. Hidden brass joint with a short pin. The entire cue has a very nice patina and is quite dark in the BEM areas. There is one black smear on the foreend which may have been mold. The cue hits totally solid. There is not a single scratch or ding on the shaft. Anything on the butt is minimal.
I have a Paul Dayton sneaky which I use for everything now, so this cue just sits. Can anyone tell me it's value ? I will entertain offers but honestly it plays better than my Frey or the Scruggs I owned previously, so lowballs politely ignored.
No pics as of now but I could take some if you are seriously interested.
