I'm not a big fan of "Feeler" threads, but I may need a little help with a value on this cue. I'm not up on the value of Meucci cues. I have about $350 in the cue not counting the refinish, and I am hoping is it worth something in that range.

It's a Meucci SS-12 Rose Cue from 1994, and it belongs to my girlfriend. I'm not sure when she bought the cue, but I know she has had it since we started dating 8 years ago. It's not the standard rose cue like you see all the time. It has rose cameo-type inlays, and is really one of the best looking Meuccis that I have seen.

The cue is around 19 oz, and an extra shaft was made for the cue around a year ago by a local cuemaker in SC. The original shaft is around 12.85mm and I think the new shaft is around 12.75mm. The cue is a pretty brown stained maple. The buttcap has roses inlaid in white inside red boxes, and it also has small white diamonds with red dots underneath each rose. The forearm has a red rose inlay in white with a green stem all inlaid in white.

I sent the cue to Scot Sherbine for a refinish in October, and the cue has seen very little play since. It does have one small chip in the buttcap. When it was refinished, Scot fixed the cue so that you can't feel the chip, but it can be seen under the clearcoat. I have a pic that shows the chip.

PM me with info on the cue or questions.

Thanks,
Mike
