Which cues (brans and cuemakers) have a joint that is fully with Mezz united joint (you can interchange shafts)?

Mezz Cues uses a 5/16th x 14 pin

Joss will fit with Mezz.
Curios that the Shaft Deep Impact, on my Mezz Power Break 2 cue, didn't fit on my Joss but, it's very tight. I can screw it only half pin.

I know this table but Mezz joint is extremly tight so I fear that this theoretical compatibility is not enough.
You're right the united joint is NOT a 5/16x14 joint.
It might be in theory, but not in practice.
You can get OB and Predator shaft specially made for united joint.
As to what other shfts fit, i can find to chart about this, so it's trial and error.
If you can; bring your cue to a well stocked dealer and test out shafts. If the dealer is afraid you will ruin something, have him or hear to the screwing and unscrewing for you, so they can be the judge of when it's too tight
