I know a lot of you are Mezz fans. Never had or hit with one. However I have all the production CF shafts out and of course the Mezz one has peaked my interest. I definitely don't want to purchase another butt.

Wondering if the wavy joint would fit on a radial butt. The look very similar but honestly can't tell from a picture. Anyone know?

Nope. Wavy and Radial are different. I've got a AXI-K with a HybridPro(early version of HybridAlpha) and i really like it. You have to use Mezz shafts unless you want to pay the 380bux for a Wavy tap.

You can force fit the wooden wavy shafts onto a modified 3/8-10 pin but unfortunately the phenolic insert of the ignite doesn’t allow for this. You might have to get a mezz butt in the end

I guess united joint may offer more options without forcing anything. I believe united is ok for an old school 5/16-14 so if you have the butt with this pin then it is the best option.

If you want a mezz wavy joint, you're going to have to purchase a mezz 2-piece cue - a minimum $480 purchase on Seyberts.
