Keith,
Not clear why you took the liberty of removing and replacing one of the tips without prior notification. Doing so denied me the opportunity to have possibly worked something else out. These two shafts were in great condition and cost around $300 each after shipping and taxes from Mezz USA. You paid less than half of that for a them both.. Sorry you seem so distraught over the condition of one of the tips, I will mail you a new Zan tip.
Russ,
1. Not clear why you took the liberty of removing and replacing one of the tips without prior notification.
●I didn't like the tip that was on my cue shaft so I changed it. I was not aware of a need to notify someone before I did so.
2. Doing so denied me the opportunity to have possibly worked something else out.
●I'd be interested in hearing your reasoning as to how me changing the tip would deny you from "working something out" and also what your idea of working something out would be.
3. These two shafts were in great condition and cost around $300 each after shipping and taxes from Mezz USA. You paid less than half of that for a them both.
●I have no problem with the pricing or condition of the shafts. My concern is with the misrepresentation of both shafts having Zan tips on them.
4. Sorry you seem so distraught over the condition of one of the tips, I will mail you a new Zan tip.
●I not sure why you'd bring a word such as distraught into such an easily remedied situation. My concern is not with the condition of the tip but that the tip was not as advertised.
Thanks,
Keith
