Mike Erwin Cues

Has anyone ever played with one, or does anyone have any info on them. Keep in mind I am a level "B" player on my good days. I have an opportinity to purchase a used (never chalked) Mike Erwin custom lenght.

mike erwin was the chief repairman at meucci cues for many years, i believe he was an in-law to bob meucci. mike left meucci some years ago andd is building cues on his own. his cues use a joint similar to meucci. i own a couple of his cues and they play very well. the two i own both have very inricate rings in them, his work is very nice and his cues can be bought at good prices.
