Minnesota Fats pool cue with real points, and real inlays?

Okay, please do not blast me too bad for this question, lol, but I seen this pic, and my 1st thought was that it looked identical to a classic Meucci cue, lol.

This cue must be pure garbage though, right?

Whenever I think of a Minnesota Fats cue though, I think of the lowest end of the totem pole, when it comes to quality.

Looks can be so deceiving though.

These are the only two pics of the cue that I have.

Any chance this could be decent quality at all?

I thought it was a Meucci as well, until I saw the joint. I have a Meucci that looks very similar. Probably made in China. They love to copy U.S. designs. The brushed metal joint gives it away as a cheap cue --- the kind they throw in for free when non-players buy a home table.
