mizerak playing straight pool

my memory of Steven mizerak, I use to shoot pool in astoria queens,NY when I was in middle school and one night I was down in broadway billiards and a bunch of friends said they were going to see Steve Mizerak play, I think it was in brooklyn or Queens and they told me to come along and so I did we were a bunch of people all together and I watched the game of straight pool he played against someone and I don't know who it was I was so young then but I remember he ran I think it was something like 100 and out and I beleive the game was 150 points, but I was so young I really can't remember so much of it back then but I remember him playing I must of bin at that time 14 years old but not sure either and now i'm 51 if anyone can remember back then please let me know the correct date he played, Thanks All , I never forgot

Wow!! It is a small world!

I used to play at Broadway Billiards (in the basement of a building under the elevated train line) more than 40 years ago.

I don't have an answer for you regarding Mizerak but it is a nice to hear someone remember a pool hall that I spent a lot of time many years ago.
