I bought a 100 dollar sneaky to leave at my table at home. actually hits good plays well. the biggest thing I can tell is there ferule is cheap not real even and Is 13mm im more of a fan of around 12mm and like ld shafts. My question is if I have the shaft sanded down and a better shorter furule installed. I feel it will hit a little better and defelection will be reduced is this worth doing or should I just look for a used shaft.

Have your current shaft re-worked. It should serve you well and cost less than a shaft.
