I met Moon Mullins about 20 yrs ago when he came to my shop to buy some finish for cues.
I believe at that time he was living in or near Ypsilanti, Mich.
Couldn't tell you where he is now but Ypsi may be a good place to start.
Afterthought, Ypsi isn't too far from Manchester which is Dieckman's neck of the woods.
Maybe Dennis would have some info.
