Today during lunch i went home and in 3 innings ran a 28, 14, and a 29. After that I had to go back to work but I was very happy with those results. I know there not huge numbers but I feel like I am starting to shoot better and more mechanical. I am starting to feel like a machine that pots balls, and that is a good feeling.
