I just wanted to add to all the people who have stated before how amazing the business etiquette is of Mr. & Mrs. Josey. I ordered a cue and received it approximately 2 and a half months ago. I previously stated how the process was extremely easy and how helpful and patient the Josey's were in making sure I received exactly what I wanted.
A few days ago I emailed them asking a very menial question. I did not receive an answer back right away. Well Mr. Josey just personally called me to apologize for not responding to the email right away. I repeat, he called me, as in on my cell phone, to answer my question. Talk about a personal touch. It blew me away that he would take the time out of his busy day to personally call me and provide me with my answer. It goes to show that there are still good guys our there who are amazing craftsman and take pride in every aspect of there business. I just wanted to post and say how much I would recommend purchasing a cue from the Josey's. They are works of beauty, they play amazing, and there business etiquette is second to none.
